We stayed in a refurbished (more expensive) room, which seemed brand new. It was in a different building, closer to the stations, on the 4th floor, which was a bit of a hike, but we didn't mind. The room was big enough with TV, hair dryer, plenty of plugs (UK type). The bed was comfy with an extra polar blanket. Everything was clean. WiFi was mostly stable. They also serve breakfast, but we didn't try it. We could leave our bags in the lounge room free of charge before check in and after checking out, but there is a safer options as well in a locked room if you have valuables with you. The staff was very nice every time. Excellent location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great value for your money.

The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, good value for money for central london. The Breakfast options are limitied, but i felt it was enough.

location. Friendly staff. Does everything you need for a base to visit London without breaking the bank. I thought the breakfast works really well, simply tick what you’d like (5 items per person) and it’s brought to the table..lovely yoghurts.

The room was bigger and cleaner than I expected. Everything was very nice, the staff, the facilities, the room, the towels, and also, the breakfast. The room was quiet, the window was facing a private park. Two of the tube stations were close enough (5 min walk). For breakfast you can have 4 items on the list, I choose toast, apple, OJ, and green tea. It was enough to start the day. (You can also choose croissant, and it was quite big, so I don't understand the other travelers' complaints.) There is no lift, and my room was on the 4th floor, but I didn't mind walking up the stairs.

Great location, short walk to underground and Kensington Gardens. The single room with bathroom was great value comparable to other hotels in London. The breakfast was good value and options. Would stay again but perhaps upgrade if budget permits.

The property is in a very good location, close to the Bayswater underground and to Hyde Park. There are a lot of shops and pubs around the area too, which makes it really convenient! Breakfast seems limited when you read “pick only 4 options,” but it was really filling to us. The staff was friendly and kind, I don’t think we encountered any rude person! And the cleaning lady/gentleman that came to clean our room every day was really awesome too! it felt so nice to come back to a clean room every day after being out for a long time :).

All the staff was kind and caring; they always threw beautiful smiles. The shower was narrow but powerful and provided nice hot water. The Wi-Fi in the room was fast enough to have video chatting for my work. The room was tiny, so the little heater was sufficient to heat up the room (I stay in the smallest single room in March. It might be cold in the winter season.). The breakfast was excellent. They served warm croissants, fruits, yogurt, and orange juice. You can pick some items on the menu (This was included in the price). Overall, I got better service than what you get for the same price at other accommodations in the center of London. There also was free or paid luggage storage service of your choice (which was safe and reliable).

It was an inexpensive clean room with its own bathroom for a good price. The staff were warm and friendly . The meal was included in the room price. Free breakfast, even had gluten free bread for toast. The staff were very accommodating about my early check in at 1:30.
